How to order

1. Create an account.

You need to register to complete your orders.

2. Search for auto spare parts.

You can search in our online catalog or use the search option. If you don't have the OEM number, please send an inquiry.

3. Create an order.

After you add items to the cart, proceed to checkout to complete your order.

4. We will confirm stock availability.

After receiving your order, we will confirm stock availability with local dealers.

This procedure could take 1 or 6 working days. For that period, the status of your order will read as “Stock verification”. After we confirm availability, the status will change to “In Stock”. Then an email notification will be sent to the registered e-mail address, with confirmed stock items and requirements to make the payment.
5. Select payment method.

PAYPAL, Credit card or Bank transfer. After we confirm the payment, your order will be prepared for shipping.

6. We will ship your items.

After the payment, we will receive your parts and send the items using your preferred shipping method.

Confirming stock availability is the necessary procedure to check actual availability of the stocks of the official dealers. Although online catalogs contain millions of records, in reality not 100% of the spare parts are actually available.

The following are the examples of the order status, based on the answers from the dealers:

«IN STOCK»
Requested spare part is available at the local or remote warehouse of the manufacturer. Order handling and shipping to the client will take about 3–10 days.

«BACKORDER (B/O)»
Requested part is out of stock, but it is possible to place an order to the manufacturer for production. The specified time of production entirely depends on the manufacturer. Usually, it varies from 10 to 90 days. Once we notify the customer about the expected production date, the customer decides whether to WAIT, or CANCEL the order.

«MAKER REPLACEMENT»
In the case of non-availability of the requested parts with a specific color code, sometimes the manufacturer offers an equal replacement part with a different color code and a different OEM number. Once again, we will notify the customer to make a decision, whether to CANCEL the order or not.
Important: This applies only to the parts that have a color. Replacements for all other parts are supplied by default, according to the official maker-approved replacement.

«PRODUCTION DISCONTINUED»
In some cases, the manufacturer discontinues the production of the certain spare parts for some car models. Normally, if such parts are out of stock at the dealer warehouses, supply is not possible.

«PRICE CHANGE»
We update our price database regularly, but the manufacturer sometimes increases the price of their products, without notice. In rare cases, we will notify the customer about the new price. Customer then can AGREE to the price change or CANCEL the order.
