Due to the recent escalation of regional tensions in the Middle East, as well as widespread airspace closures and significant flight cancellations, all shipments to the affected region are temporarily suspended.

Affected Areas
This suspension applies to shipments destined for the Middle East, including but not limited to:
UAE, Israel, Iraq, Egypt, Oman, Qatar, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Jordan, Lebanon.
(Additional countries may be added depending on airline and logistics restrictions.)

Reason for Suspension
- Closure of airspace across multiple Middle Eastern countries
- Large‑scale flight cancellations and operational suspensions by airlines and freight carriers
- Increased transportation risk and instability in regional logistics networks

Resumption of Services
At this time, the expected date for resuming shipments is undetermined. We will provide an update as soon as transportation routes and airline operations return to safe and stable conditions.

For Customers with Existing Orders
Orders destined for the affected region will be placed on hold until services resume. Our team will contact you individually regarding your shipment status.
